A few quick answers

Still have a small question sitting beside the big one? Start here, then follow the subject you need.

Is this website a clinic?

No. This is a guide to understanding online semaglutide care. It does not assess patients or supply medicine.

Is a pharmacy-made version an approved generic?

A generic is a brand-name medicine’s approved copy. By September 26, 2026, no generic semaglutide had final US approval to reach patients. A pharmacy’s own version did not count as an approved generic.

Does a form always mean poor care?

No. The medical boards’ policy requires the doctor reviewing your answers to be able to learn enough about your health and ask more questions when needed. A fixed list of boxes alone is not enough; your state’s rules also apply.

Are tablets available as well as injections?

As of September 26, 2026, semaglutide products included both tablets and injections under the Ozempic and Wegovy names.

Can I assume insurance will pay?

No. A use that can qualify for Medicare drug coverage still faces the plan’s medicine list and advance-approval rules.

How can I start looking for care?

You can start by asking a medical practice about an appointment in person or online. For online care, ask whether you will speak by video or send your health information for someone to read later. Ask who will assess you, how to check their license and who helps between visits.
